By entering in our Instagram Giveaway, you agree to the following contractual Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully!
1. THE GIVEAWAY
The Jen Jensen Photography Giveaway (The Giveaway) is organized by: Jen Jensen Photography, LLC (The Company) whose registered office is at 6706 380th Cir North Branch MN 55056. Those who apply for The Giveaway will be known as The Entrant in these Terms & Conditions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The giveaway is open to residents in the Twin Cities area aged 18 years or over except employees of The Company and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to win The Giveaway. Any purchase from The Company is independent from The Giveaway, and will not increase The Entrant's chances of winning.
4. AGREEMENT
By entering The Giveaway, The Entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaway will run from 6:00pm Central Standard Time on April 7, 2022, through 10:00pm Central Standard Time on April 13th, 2022. During this time, The Entrant may enter the giveaway by (1) Liking The Giveaway post found at www.instagram.com/jenjensenphotography (2) Following @jenjensenphotography on Instagram, and (3) Tagging three (3) friends in the Comments section of The Giveaway post and (4) Sharing the post to their stories. After this date no further entries to the program will be permitted. The Entrant may enter as many times as they like within this window through additional comments on The Giveaway post on The Company's Instagram account (www.instagram.com/jenjensenphotography). No responsibility can be accepted by The Company for entries not received for any reason.
6. AMENDMENT AND CANCELLATION
The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
7. PRIZE
The prize is as follows: One (1) 60-minute photography session including 1 digital image per person in the session with The Company, valued at $550. The winning Entrant will be shown a gallery of the images captured during the photography session within 3 weeks, and have the option to purchase prints or digitals at that time if they so choose. No purchase is required for accepting the 60-minute photography session. More than one winner may be awarded. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The Company is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
8. WINNER
The Winner will be selected by random drawing by 11:00 PM on April 13th, 2022. The Winner will be notified via Instagram, and will have 24 hours to respond in order to claim their prize. If The Winner does not respond within 24 hours, The Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the Winner and pick a replacement Winner.
9. GOVERNANCE
The Giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by US law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Minnesota.
10. RELEASE
Each Entrant in The Giveaway agrees to the use of his/her name, image, and Instagram handle in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the Winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the Applicant’s prior consent.
11. PRIVACY
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Jen Jensen Photography and not to any other party. The information provided will be used only within The Company and not sold or distributed by The Company.
